Yes. Since all classes are conducted live from our studios, tutors must be comfortable relocating to Delhi or any of our studio locations across India.
Base Salary: A fixed monthly salary
Annual Increment: 5–10%, based on performance
First month will be a probation period.
Yes, this is a full-time, studio-based teaching role. Tutors are expected to commit fully to class schedules, content creation, and student interaction.
Tutors are expected to work 6 days a week
Working hours typically fall between 10 AM to 6 PM, depending on class schedules
There may be occasional extended hours during live sessions or special workshops
Tutors are entitled to get no paid leaves as of now.
Prior notice is required for planned leaves.
Emergency leaves should be communicated to the coordinator as early as possible.
Leaves beyond the monthly allowance may be deducted from salary or require approval.
